My Lisa Eldridge Collection
Lisa Eldridge is one of my greatest Makeup Artist inspirations and has been for many years. I first encountered her around 2009 on the original series of 10 Years Younger, where she was the resident Makeup Artist on the show. She is now internationally renowned on the fashion and celebrity red carpet makeup scene and her style is right up my street (slight girl crush). She is one of the best Makeup Artists on the planet in my opinion.
What’s In My Makeup Bag (right now)?
Although I own a ridiculous amount of makeup, what’s in my makeup bag is actually pretty simple. Here you will find my edit of my daily hero products…..
My Acne Journey
I think I was around 13 when I started with the dreaded acne. I absolutely hated it and felt extremely self conscious about my skin - something that has never quite left me even though my skin is now acne free. So it was from a very early age that I had to really look after my skin more than your average Joe and it was most certainly the thing that got me into makeup as a tool for covering it up.
She’s a Virgin Blogger
Sitting down to write this, I’m chewing on my pencil humming Phil Collins “Easy Lover” and in my head singing the words “she’s a virgin blogger, she’s gotta write this blog by Friday”. As for all situations, there is always a song you can match it with to put a smile on your face (or at least me and my best friend Sazzle think so!)
